Transaction status in the Blockchain Explorer

You can use a Blockchain Explorer (e.g. from Blockchain.com) to check whether a transaction has been successfully completed. If the transaction is listed by the network and appears as confirmed, it was successful. Once the transaction is confirmed at least once, it is successful and cannot be undone.

In the Blockchain Explorer you can search for the transaction ID (hash), which serves as identification for a specific transaction. This can also be found in the wallet from which it was sent. To check a transaction, you can also search for a specific wallet address in Blockchain Explorer, in this case your trading platform you are sending from deposit address. So all incoming and outgoing transactions from this address are displayed.

If no transaction has taken place, please contact the wallet or Exchange Support from where you tried to send the coins and ask why the payout was not sent.
